I've
been juggling the idea of creating either a series of looping animations or an
animated short. So I began weigh out my options and I have made my decision,
why not find a way to combine both.
My thesis project is a stop-motion short of a dystopian urban city jungle made completely out of paper. I plan on including the element of short scenes to show various parts of the city where the inhabitants are
grotesque, unpleasant, aggressive, distraught, troubled, and
depressed. As part of my research, I am currently observing people and noting their actions on social etiquette and their interaction with the world.
